Returns Policy 

Please be mindful that we can only issue refunds and exchanges for products if you have your original receipt. We issue refunds and exchanges on products for change of mind within 7 days of original purchase. We issue refunds and exchanges on products that are faulty within 7 days. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on our Binding Energies bags and silk kimonos, unless there is a major problem with the bag (i.e. broken or unwearable/unusable). Due to the fragile nature and use of upcycled materials, there may be 'wear and tear' apparent on which we do not issue refunds for, so please choose your bag or kimono carefully. Refunds are only issued on the credit/debit card used in the original purchase or cash if cash was used
